  • Detailed Itinerary, Checklist and Contact List creation
  • Recommendations of Vendors (up to 2 per category)
  • Assistant Wedding Coordinator *extra charges may apply

  • General Décor Setup (Seating Cards, Menus, Programs, etc.)
  • Emergency Kit(s) on-site at all times
  • Coordination of all vendors/venues on the Event Day
